Ketheeswaran Sugesan founded Aram after more than 15 years designing and overseeing TVET programs in northern Sri Lanka for GIZ, USAID, World Bank, and ILO — sector-specific depth, not regional generalism.
His practice is built on implementation rigor: understanding which training markets are real, which labour-demand signals hold up, and which program designs will outlast the funding cycle.
